Three-Bedroom Town House Apartment

Sawyer Village manages 80 town houses.  They come in a variety of floor plans with various options.  Sixty-six of our town houses have three bedrooms, while the remaining 14 have four bedrooms. All of our homes are completely renovated before we offer them for lease. We pride ourselves on providing a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

Standard amenities in each town house includes: living room, dining room, a full bathroom upstairs, a half bathroom on the main floor, a one-car detached garage, parking space, basement with washer/dryer hook-up, new flooring, new kitchen appliances (refrigerator, gas or electric range), and garbage disposal. We have also upgraded all the electrical outlets and switches throughout each unit.

The four bedroom town house has one bedroom on the main floor and three bedrooms upstairs. There is a dining area attached to the kitchen, whereas, in the three bedroom town house, all three bedrooms are upstairs and the dining room is attached to the living room. Besides the extra bedroom in the four-bedroom town house, the main difference between the two styles is the layout of the kitchen and dining room areas. The three top floor bedrooms, the basement and the bathrooms are very similar in both town house styles.
